If you have sensitive skin or any known allergies that could be affected by our treatments or products, we recommend undergoing a patch test and consulting with our therapist prior to your treatment. You will be required to complete a medical questionnaire before your treatment, and it’s essential to inform your therapist of any changes in your health during subsequent visits. If you have any doubts or concerns about undergoing a particular treatment, please contact us at least 24 hours before your appointment.

Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change unexpectedly. To ensure fairness to both our clients and practitioners, we have implemented the following cancellation policy: Cancellations made 24 hours or more before the scheduled appointment time, will not incur any charges. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment time, will be subject to a 100% cancellation fee. No-shows - will be charged the full amount of the scheduled service. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
